Ingredients List
  1. 6 cups water
  2. 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves or boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
  3. 1 3/4 cups no salt added tomato puree
  4. 1/2 cup sofrito
  5. 1 cup dry white wine
  6. 1 cube Knorr® Chicken Bouillon Cubes
  7. 1 packet Knorr® Cilantro and Achiote Seasoning
  8. 1 1/2 cups medium grain rice
  9. 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

1. Combine water, chicken, tomato puree and sofrito in 5-qt. pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes.

2. Stir in wine, Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cubes, Knorr® Sazon with Coriander and Annatto and rice and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is cooked. Stir in cilantro and serve.
