Beefy Onion Stroganoff Gravy
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 package (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Beefy Onion Soup Mix
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
1. Melt margarine in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are almost tender, about 5 minutes.
2. Stir in Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Beefy Onion Soup Mix and water. Cook, stirring occasionally, until gravy is thickened and mushrooms are tender, about 4 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
