- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup light honey dijon dressing
- 1 tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Light Mayo
- 4 (10 -in.) whole wheat flour tortillas
- 2 cups thinly sliced green leaf lettuce leaves
- 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices
- 4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked
Directions
Print1. Brush both sides of chicken with 1/4 cup dressing; season if desired with salt and pepper. Grill or broil, turning once, 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
2. In a small bowl combine remaining dressing with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, evenly spread on tortillas, then layer sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and bacon. Roll up and serve.
