Cheddar Mushroom Burgers (with Sweet Onion and Garlic Aioli)

Ingredients List
  1. 1 lb. ground chuck (80 % lean)
  2. 1/2 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix (about 1 heaping Tablespoon)
  3. 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  4. Sauteed mushrooms
  5. Cheddar cheese slices
  6. Hamburger buns
  7. Optional Sweet Onion and Garlic Aioli:
  8. 8 ounces sour cream
  9. 1/2 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix (about 1 heaping Tablespoon)
  10. 1 clove garlic, minced
  11. 1 tsp. prepared horseradish

1. Combine Aioli ingredients and chill to meld flavors until burgers are ready!

2. Combine meat, Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix and Worcestershire sauce. Divide into 4 portions and shape into patties. While preheating grill, saute mushrooms in butter and set aside.

3. Grill patties over medium heat, turning once, about 12 minutes or until done. Split hamburger buns and toast cut side on grill for a few seconds. Assemble burgers with mushrooms, cheese, and Aioli on the toasted buns. Enjoy!!
