  1. 1 container (16 oz.) 2% cottage cheese
  2. 2/3 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Real Mayo
  3. 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
  4. 1 small chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (p plus 1 tbsp. sauce)
  5. 1 clove garlic, chopped
  6. 2 green onions, finely chopped
  7. 3 tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
  8. 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  9. 1/2 tsp. salt
  10. Chicharrones

1. In food processor or blender, process cottage cheese until smooth. Add Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, peppers and garlic; process until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients except chicharrones. Chill, if desired. Serve with chicharrones or your favorite dippers.
