- 4, corn tortillas, grilled or warmed
- 2 cups fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 lb. peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp, grilled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 small avocado, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. crumbled Cotija cheese
- 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Print1. Make the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp about 6 minutes, turning once halfway through.
2. Make the Cilantro Lime Sauce: Combine 1/2 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice and 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro in a bowl and stir together.
3. FILL tortillas with cilantro, cabbage and shrimp. Top with avocado and Cotija cheese.
4. DRIZZLE with Hellmann's Cilantro Lime Sauce.
