Confetti Rice Pilaf

  1. 1 Tbsp. margarine
  2. 1 cup rice or converted rice
  3. 1 cup sliced mushrooms or drained canned sliced mushrooms
  4. 2 medium carrot, diced
  5. 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
  6. 2 1/4 cups water

1. Melt margarine in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook rice, stirring frequently, until golden. Stir in mushrooms, carrots and Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix blended with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
