  3. 1/3 cup unpeeled apple, chopped
  4. 1/3 cup celery, chopped
  5. 1/4 cup seedless raisins
  6. 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  7. 8 slices whole wheat bread or cinnamon raisin bread, crusts trimmed, if desired

2. Spread evenly on 4 bread slices, then top with remaining bread; cut each into 4 triangles.
