Ingredients List
  1. 1 2/3 cups water
  2. 1 cup lowfat milk
  3. 2 Tbsp. margarine, divided
  4. 1 package Knorr® Italian Sides™ - 4 Cheese Pasta
  5. 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, cut into strips
  6. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  7. 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size chunks
  8. 1 bag (10 oz.) baby spinach leaves

1. BRING water, milk and 1 Tbsp. margarine to a boil in large saucepan. Stir in Knorr® Italian Sides™ - 4 Cheese Pasta and roasted peppers. Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 13 minutes or until pasta is tender.

2. MELT remaining 1 Tbsp. margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook garlic 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes.

3. ADD spinach and cook 2 minutes. Stir in hot Pasta; now it's delicious. Dig in!
