- 1 2/3 cups water
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, divided
- 1 package Knorr® Cheesy Cheddar Pasta Side
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, cut into strips
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 1 bag (10 oz.) baby spinach leaves
Directions
Print1. BRING water, milk and 1 Tbsp. margarine to a boil in large saucepan. Stir in Knorr® Italian Sides™ - 4 Cheese Pasta and roasted peppers. Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 13 minutes or until pasta is tender.
2. MELT remaining 1 Tbsp. margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook garlic 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes.
3. ADD spinach and cook 2 minutes. Stir in hot Pasta; now it's delicious. Dig in!
