Ingredients List
  1. 1/2 cup white onion, chopped
  2. 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  3. 2 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  4. 2 Tbsp. Knorr® Beef flavor Bouillon
  5. 1 serrano chili, seeded and chopped
  6. 2 cloves garlic
  7. 1 lb. boneless beef top sirloin steak or beef tenderloin steaks, cut into 1-inch cubes

1. Process onion, cilantro, lime juice, Knorr® Beef flavor Bouillon, chili and garlic in blender until smooth. Pour into medium bowl; add steak and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour.

2. Thread steak onto skewers*. Grill skewers, turning occasionally until desired doneness.
