Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat; 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour; 2 Tbsp. oil; 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix; 2 cups water; 2 lb. small red potatoes, halved; 1 box (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots

Ingredients List

1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. oil
1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
2 cups water
2 lb. small red potatoes, halved
1 box (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots

Directions

1. Toss beef with flour. Heat oil in large skillet and brown beef. Stir in Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix blended with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 30 minutes. Stir in potatoes and peas and carrots. Simmer covered until beef and vegetables are tender, about 45 minutes.
