  1. 1 pouch Knorr® Sopa Mexicana Minestrone
  2. 2 tbsp. olive oil
  3. 1 lb. potatoes, diced
  4. 3/4 cup chopped onions
  5. 2 large carrot, diced
  6. 6 cups water
  7. 3 ears corn-on-the-cob, each cut into 4 pieces
  8. 3 cups shredded green cabbage
  9. 1 pouch Knorr® Sopa Mexicana Chicken with Rice
  10. 2 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken breast or thighs
  11. 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  12. Lime wedges

1. Heat olive oil in large pot over medium-high heat and cook potatoes, onion, and carrot, stirring occasionally, until starting to soften, about 7 minutes.

2. Add water and bring to a boil. Stir in cabbage and Knorr® Sopa Mexicana Chicken Flavor With Rice; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until vegetables are tender. Stir in chicken until heated through. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
