Ingredients List
  1. 1/2 cooked chickpeas
  2. 1/2 tahini
  3. 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  4. 1 tbsp honey
  5. 1/2 tbsp Maille® Dijon Original Mustard
  6. 1 clove garlic
  7. 1 tsp turmeric
  8. 1/4 tsp salt
  9. 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Print

1. In a small bowl whisk together chickpeas, tahini and olive oil, and add to food processor.

2. Then add the Maille Dijon Originale Mustard , turmeric, garlic, lemon juice, water and salt. Process until smooth.

3. Place into serving dish, add a splash of olive oil over the top.

4. Garnish with a little paprika, toasted pine nuts, or chopped fresh parsley (optional).

5. Serve with vegetables, crackers, or pita bread.
