Ingredients List
- 12 fresh mint leaves, plus 2 to garnish
- 1 pint fresh pressed apple juice or store bought unsweetened apple juice
- 2 bags Lipton Stress Therapy Herbal Supplement
- 1 cup water

Lay half of the mint leaves on top of each other and roll into a tube. Using sharp scissors cut the rolled-up leaves into ribbons. Repeat with the other half.

Distribute the leaves between 12 sections of your ice cube tray. Pour in the apple juice and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

When ready to serve, brew Lipton Stress Therapy Herbal Supplement tea bags in freshly boiled water for 4 to 6 minutes and allow to cool slightly.
