  1. 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  2. 4 kumquats sliced
  3. Maille® Honey Dijon Mustard for drizzling
  4. Pistachios to garnish and to top
  5. Pea shoots another optional to garnish
  6. 2 slices of a rustic/ crusty bread (sour dough), sliced approximately 1 inch and lightly grilled

1. Thinly slice your avocado and kumquats and set aside.

2. Take your slice(s) of bread and place on a grill pan or lightly toast. Layer the sliced avocado across the top of your slice of bread.

3. Drizzle Maille Honey Dijon Mustard on top of the sliced avocado.
