2 cans (16 oz. to 19 oz. ea.) cannellini beans or white kidney beans
1/2 cup water
1 large tomato, chopped
1 large stalk celery, cut in half lengthwise and diagonally sliced

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until celery is crisp-tender.
