Seafood in Creamy Garlic Sauce

  1. 3 Tbsp. margarine
  2. 1 large bunch green onions, sliced
  3. 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  4. 1/4 cup dry sherry or dry white wine or water
  5. 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
  6. 1 1/4 cups milk
  7. 1/2 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  8. 1/2 lb. bay scallops
  9. Hot cooked orzo pasta, linguine or rice

1. Melt margarine in 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook green onions and mushrooms, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until very tender. Add sherry and cook 1 minute. Add Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix blended with milk. Bring to the boiling point over high heat. Stir in shrimp and scallops. Reduce heat to medium and cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and scallops are opaque. Serve over hot pasta.
