Slow Cooker Pot Roast with Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients List
  1. 3 -lb. boneless beef chuck roast
  2. 3 large sweet potatoes or or all-purpose potatoes, peeled and quartered (about 2 lbs.)
  3. 2 ribs celery, cut into 2-inch pieces
  4. 1 tsp. ground ginger
  5. 1/2 cup water
  6. 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Beefy Onion Soup Mix

1. Arrange beef, sweet potatoes and celery in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over beef.

2. Cook covered on LOW 8 to 10 hours or HIGH 4 to 6 hours or until beef is tender. Thicken gravy, if desired.
