Slow Cooker Swiss Steak
Ingredients List
- 3 lbs. boneless beef chuck steak
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Mushroom Soup Mix
Directions
Print1. Toss steak with flour in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak.
2. Cook covered on LOW 8 to 10 hours or HIGH 4 to 6 hours or until steak is tender. Serve, if desired, with crusty Italian bread.
