Ingredients List
  1. 1 Knorr® Bouillon Cubes Chicken, crumbled
  2. 2 tsp. chili powder
  3. 1 tbsp. oil
  4. 1 rack  baby back ribs (about 2 3/4 lbs.), cut in half
  5. 2/3 cup apricot preserves
  6. 1/3 cup ketchup
  7. 1/4 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  8. 1 tbsp. cider vinegar

1. Preheat oven to 300°.

2. Combine Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon cube and chili powder in small bowl; stir in oil. Rub ribs with Bouillon mixture, then arrange in shallow roasting pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake until tender, about 2-1/2 hours.

3. Meanwhile, combine apricot preserves, ketchup, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise and vinegar in small bowl; set aside.

4. Grill or broil ribs, turning and brushing with Mayonnaise mixture frequently, until caramelized.
