- 1 Knorr® Bouillon Cubes Chicken, crumbled
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 rack baby back ribs (about 2 3/4 lbs.), cut in half
- 2/3 cup apricot preserves
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
Directions
Print1. Preheat oven to 300°.
2. Combine Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon cube and chili powder in small bowl; stir in oil. Rub ribs with Bouillon mixture, then arrange in shallow roasting pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake until tender, about 2-1/2 hours.
3. Meanwhile, combine apricot preserves, ketchup, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise and vinegar in small bowl; set aside.
4. Grill or broil ribs, turning and brushing with Mayonnaise mixture frequently, until caramelized.
