- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 package Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Mexican Rice
- 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped tomato
Directions
Print1. SEASON ground beef with salt, if desired, and brown in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; drain if desired.
2. ADD 1 3/4 cup water and Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Mexican Rice and cook covered according to package directions.
3. ARRANGE rice mixture on serving platter, then top with lettuce, cheese and tomato. Serve, if desired, topped with your favorite taco toppings such as guacamole, sliced olives, sliced pickled jalapeño peppers and/or sour cream.
