  1. 1 cup, small tortellini
  2. 2 teaspoons Maille parmesan and basil mustard
  3. 17 oz broth chicken, beef or vegetable)
  4. 7 oz water
  5. 2 tbsps chopped basil

1. Place the water and stock in a pot and bring to the boil, add the tortellini and boil for a further 3mins, remove from the heat, add the Maille parmesan and basil mustard and stir well until incorporated, sprinkle the basil and serve.
