
Savory Beef & Mushroom Rice
Cook up Knorr’s delicious Savory Beef & Mushroom Rice made with a few simple ingredients. A recipe that’s quick and easy to make but flavorful to eat!
Ingredients List
- 1/2 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- 1 large carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1 package Knorr® Mushroom Rice Side
Directions
Print1. Melt margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook beef to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
2. Stir carrot into same skillet and cook 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in water and Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Mushroom and bring to a boil. Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in beef; heat through.
