- MANGO RED PEPPER SALSA:
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- SHRIMP TACOS:
- 2 lbs. peeled and deveined shrimp, (21 to 25 per lb. size)
- 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Granulated Shrimp Bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 16 corn tortillas
Directions
Print1. For Mango Red Pepper Salsa, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
2. For Shrimp Tacos, grab a large bowl and toss your shrimp with Knorr® Shrimp Bouillon, vegetable oil, chopped cilantro and garlic.
3. Now, get your large skillet nice and hot and cook your shrimp until done, about 5 minutes. Don't forget to give it a stir to brown both sides. Sprinkle with lime juice and you're done.
4. Have your family build their own tacos by filling tortillas with shrimp, salsa and cilantro leaves if desired.
