- 2 Tbsp. Hellmann's Best Foods Japanese Inspired May
- 1 1/2 cups plain panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 about 5oz. Each thinly sliced chicken breast
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups prepared coleslaw mix
- 1 bottle prepared Katsu Sauce
- 4 buns or 8 slices Brioche buns or milk bread or white bread
Directions
Print1. Place panko, egg and water, and flour in separate shallow bowls. Season the chicken, if desired, with salt and pepper. Dip each piece of chicken in flour, then egg mixture, then Panko until evenly coated. Place on a foil-lined sheet pan.
2. In large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add breaded chicken, 2 pieces at a time, and cook until thoroughly cooked, about 8 minutes, turning once halfway through. Repeat with remaining chicken. Place on paper-towel lined plate.
3. In medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix with 2 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® Japanese Inspired Mayo.
4. Build your Sando: Drizzle Hellmann’s Japanese Mayonnaise inside the top and bottom of rolls. Place one piece of cooked chicken on bottom roll and drizzle with Katsu Sauce. Then evenly top with coleslaw and top bun. Dig in!
