  1. 1/3 cup Hellmann’s® Dijo-Mayo
  2. 1 small garlic cloves , finely chopped (about ½ tsp.)
  3. 1/4 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
  4. 1 Tbsp. butter
  5. 1/4 cup plain panko breadcrumbs
  6. 1 lb. salmon fillet , cut into 4 pieces

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Combine Hellmann’s® Dijo-Mayo, garlic and thyme in small bowl; set aside. In small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in breadcrumbs and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 2 minutes.

3. Season salmon, if desired, with salt and pepper. Evenly spread Dijo-Mayo mixture over salmon pieces then top with breadcrumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
