- 1 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
