  1. CHIMICHURRI SAUCE:
  2. 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
  3. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  4. 1/4 cup olive oil
  5. 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  6. 1 clove garlic
  7. 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  8. 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  9. 1/4 tsp. salt
  10. 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  11. BURGERS:
  12. 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  13. 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  14. 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
  15. 2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
  16. 8 hamburger buns

1. For Chimichurri Sauce, process all ingredients except Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise in food processor until smooth. Transfer to bowl and stir in Mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.

2. For Burgers, combine Mayonnaise, bread crumbs and Soup Mix in large bowl. Add ground beef and mix until combined; shape into 8 patties.

3. Grill or broil patties until done. Serve on buns with Chimichurri Sauce and, if desired, lettuce and tomato.
