Ingredients List
  1. 1 box (10 oz.) plain couscous
  2. 1/3 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  3. 3 Tbsp. fat trimmed plain yogurt
  4. 3 Tbsp. lemon juice, divided
  5. 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
  6. 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  7. 1/2 tsp. paprika
  8. 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  9. 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  10. 1 medium cucumber, finely chopped
  11. 1 pomegranate, seeded (optional)
  12. 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves (optional)

1. Prepare couscous according to package directions; set aside.

2. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, yogurt, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, lemon peel, cumin and paprika in small bowl; set aside.

3. Fluff couscous with fork. Gently stir in olive oil, remaining 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, red onion, cucumber, pomegranate seeds and mint. Spoon into serving bowl, then drizzle with Mayonnaise dressing.
