Ingredients List
  1. 1 each red, orange and yellow bell pepper, diced (about 3 3/4 cups)
  2. 1 small red onion, diced (about 1/2 cup)
  3. 1 can (15 oz.) corn, drained
  4. 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
  5. 1 can (15 oz.) black eyed peas, rinsed and drained
  6. 2 medium jalapeno peppers, cored, seeded and diced
  7. 1 cup small cubes feta cheese
  8. 1 can (6 oz.) black olives, drained and coarsely chopped
