  1. 4 whole wheat pita bread, warmed
  2. 4 tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Plant Based Mayo Spread & Dressing
  3. 2 cups assorted baby greens
  4. 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  5. 1 large carrot, shredded
  6. 1 large radish, sliced
  7. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  8. 2 jalapeno peppers, sliced
  9. 12 falafel  (from a mix or store-bought), warmed
