Ingredients List
  1. 1 lb. ham steak, (1 inch thick)
  2. 1/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise with Lime Juice
  3. 1 can (14.9 oz.) mixed vegetables, drained
  4. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  5. 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  6. 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  7. 1 tsp. grated lime peel
  8. Lettuce leaves (optional)

1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook ham over medium-high heat, turning once, 4 minutes or until heated through. Cut ham into 1/2-inch chunks.

2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce. Serve over lettuce.
