Ingredients List
- 1 lb ham steak. (1 inch thick)
- 1/3 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Real Mayo with lime juice
- 1 can (14.9 oz.) mixed vegetables, drained
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp. grated lime peel
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
Directions
Print1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook ham over medium-high heat, turning once, 4 minutes or until heated through. Cut ham into 1/2-inch chunks.
2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce. Serve over lettuce.
