  1. 1/2 cup Hellmann's Best Foods Japanese Inspired May
  2. 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
  3. 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  4. 1/2 minced fresh garlic
  5. 1/4 tsp sesame oil
  6. 2 seedless cucumbers thinly sliced
  7. 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  8. 8 ounces canned crabmeat or surimi coarsely chopped

1. Combine Hellmann’s® Japanese Inspired Mayo, low-sodium soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger and sesame oil in a small bowl.

2. In a large bowl, lightly toss together cucumbers, carrots and crab meat or surimi. Stir in mayonnaise dressing until well combined.

3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes. Garnish, if desired, with diced avocado, sliced seaweed, thinly sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
