  1. 6 fresh asparagus spears cut into half
  2. fresh peas shoots to top and to garnish
  3. 2 slice of rustic/crusty bread (sourdough), sliced approximately 1 inch thick and lightly grilled
  4. 4 oz thin sliced cured ham or speck

Directions

1. In a food processor, combine the white beans and Maille Classic Dijon Old Style Mustard and puree until smooth.

2. Take your slice(s) of bread and place on a grill pan or lightly toast.
