Ingredients List
  1. 15 fresh mint leaves
  2. 2 Fruttare® Lime Fruit and Juice Bars, chopped
  3. 1/2 cup ice cubes (about 3 to 4)
  4. 1/4 cup light rum
  5. Chilled seltzer

1. Crush mint in cocktail shaker with wooden spoon. Add Fruttare® Lime Fruit and Juice Bars, ice cubes and rum. Shake well, then strain into 2 highball glasses. Top with seltzer. Garnish, if desired, with additional mint and lime peel.
