Ingredients List
  1. 1 ea. baguette
  2. 3 tbsps butter
  3. 3 tbsps old-style Dijon mustard
  4. 4 tbsps lingonberry jam
  5. 8 oz brie cheese

1. Preheat to 450.

2. Cut 16 thin slices (about 1⁄2 inch thick) from a baguette.

3. Butter one side of 8 of the bread slices and place them buttered side down on a baking sheet.

4. Spread about 1 1⁄2 tsps of jam on each slice, then top with two thin slices of Brie (about 1oz of cheese per sandwich).

5. Next, spread about 1 tsp of Maille Old Style on each of the remaining 8 bread slices and place them mustard-side down on the cheese to form sandwiches.

6. Butter the tops of the 8 sandwiches.

7. Bake for 4 minutes, then carefully flip the sandwiches and bake for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

8. Transfer the grilled cheeses to a platter and serve immediately.
