Bite into our delicious Parmesan Crusted Rib Roast made with Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise, horseradish and Italian seasoned bread crumbs.

Ingredients List
  1. 8 -lb. bone-in rib roast
  2. 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  3. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  4. 1/4 cup horseradish, drained
  5. 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs



1. Preheat oven to 425°.

2. Trim excess fat from roast. Season roast, if desired, with salt and pepper. Arrange in large baking pan.

3. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, cheese and horseradish in small bowl. Spread mixture on top of roast, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.

4. Bake 25 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°. Tent roast with aluminum foil. Cook until roast reaches desired doneness, about 2 hours. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
