Ingredients List
  1. 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage, removed from casings
  2. 1 cup chopped onion
  3. 1/2 cup chopped celery
  4. 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor
  5. 2 cups water
  6. 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted



1. Cook sausage, onion and celery in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, 3 minutes or until sausage is browned. Stir in Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until golden brown. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until rice is tender.

2. Stir in almonds and, if desired, freshly ground black pepper.
