Ingredients List
- 1/4 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- 1 rib celery, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. grated lime peel
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground chipotle chile pepper
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 8 slices hearty whole grain bread
- 4 lettuce leaves
Directions
Print1. Combine all ingredients except eggs, bread and lettuce in medium bowl. Add eggs and toss gently.
2. Evenly top 4 bread slices with egg salad mixture, then top with lettuce and remaining bread.
