Ingredients List
  1. 6 slices bacon
  2. 1 onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 carrot, finely chopped
  4. 2 cloves garlic
  5. 1 pint sour cream
  6. 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Real Mayo
  7. 1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
  8. 1 tsp. cider vinegar
  9. 3/4 tsp. salt
  10. 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (optional)

1. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon and finely chop. Discard all but 2 tablespoons bacon drippings.

2. Heat reserved drippings over medium heat and cook onion, carrot and garlic until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Let cool.

3. Combine sour cream, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, spinach, onion mixture, bacon, cider vinegar, salt and cayenne pepper in medium bowl. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with your favorite dippers.
