- 8 cups loosely packed baby kale
- 2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves

- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 lb. large uncooked shrimp, grilled or broiled
- 2 Tbsp. toasted pumpkin seeds
Directions
Print1. Arrange kale on serving platter. Top with watermelon, blueberries and goat cheese; set aside.
2. Combine basil, Hellmann's® Organic Original, vinegar and honey in food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Drizzle over salad, then top with shrimp and pumpkin seeds.
