  2. 2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  3. 1 cup blueberries
  4. 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
  5. 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves

  9. 1 lb. large uncooked shrimp, grilled or broiled

1. Arrange kale on serving platter. Top with watermelon, blueberries and goat cheese; set aside.
