Warm Cabbage & Apple Saute

Ingredients List
  1. 2 Tbsp. margarine
  2. 1 large red apple, chopped (with skin)
  3. 2 ribs celery, chopped
  4. 8 cups shredded cabbage (about half of 1 large head cabbage)
  5. 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
  6. 1/2 cup water
  7. 1/2 cup apple juice



1. Melt margarine in deep large skillet over medium heat and cook apple and celery 3 minutes or until apple begins to soften. Add cabbage and Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix blended with water and apple juice. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
