Ingredients List
- 12 - lb. standing rib roast (about 6 ribs)
- 1 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Real Mayo
- 1 1/2 cups kosher salt
- 1/2 cup guajillo chili powder
- 1/2 cup cracked black pepper
Directions
Print1. Preheat oven 500°.
2. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, salt, chili powder and pepper. Rub mixture on fat side of roast.
3. Place roast into roasting pan and into oven for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350°. Continue roasting 2-1/2 hours. Remove; let rest 10 minutes, carve.
