Ingredients List
  1. 12 - lb. standing rib roast (about 6 ribs)
  2. 1 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Real Mayo
  3. 1 1/2 cups kosher salt
  4. 1/2 cup guajillo chili powder
  5. 1/2 cup cracked black pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven 500°.

2. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, salt, chili powder and pepper. Rub mixture on fat side of roast.

3. Place roast into roasting pan and into oven for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350°. Continue roasting 2-1/2 hours. Remove; let rest 10 minutes, carve.
