  1. 2 slices white bread
  2. 3 teaspoons Maille® Rich Country Dijon Mustard
  3. 1/2 small Gala apple thinly sliced
  4. 2 slices sharp white cheddar cheese
  5. 4 slices turkey breast
  6. 1 small knob of butter to grill
  7. Maille® Original Cornichons Gherkins to garnish

Directions

Print

1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

2. Spread Maille Rich Country Mustard on one side of each slice of bread.

3. Add cheese, turkey, apple slices and create a sandwich.

4. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add the sandwich and toast each side for about three minutes until golden brown.

5. Cut in half. Serve with Maille Original Cornichons.
