Ingredients List
- 1/4 Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Organic Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. grated lime peel
- 8 ounces Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced, (about 4 cups)
- 1 large, peeled, chopped, cooked sweet potato, (about 2 cups)
- 1 pomegranate, seeds removed and reserved, (about 2 cups)
- 1 cup cooked barley
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans
Directions
Print1. Combine Hellmann's® Organic Original, lime juice and lime peel in large bowl. Add Brussels Sprouts, sweet potato, pomegranate seeds, barley and pecans and toss. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh cilantro.
