  2. 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  3. 1 tsp. grated lime peel
  4. 8 ounces Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced, (about 4 cups)
  5. 1 large, peeled, chopped, cooked sweet potato, (about 2 cups)
  6. 1 pomegranate, seeds removed and reserved, (about 2 cups)
  7. 1 cup cooked barley
  8. 1/2 cup toasted pecans

1. Combine Hellmann's® Organic Original, lime juice and lime peel in large bowl. Add Brussels Sprouts, sweet potato, pomegranate seeds, barley and pecans and toss. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh cilantro.
