- 4 strips bacon
- 1 package Knorr® Herb & Butter Rice Side
- 6 cups small broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup toasted unsalted sunflower seeds or toasted chopped walnuts
Directions
Print1. COOK bacon In large skillet until crisp; remove to paper towels to drain, then crumble and set aside. Drain fat from skillet and wipe clean.
2. PREPARE Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Herb & Butter In the same skillet according to package directions, stirring in broccoli during last 5 minutes of cook time. Transfer to large bowl; stir in raisins and onion and cool to room temperature.
3. COMBINE olive oil and vinegar in small bowl, then stir into rice mixture. Stir in crumbled bacon and sunflower seeds just before serving.
