
Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream Cone Recipe
Co-created with So Yummy, this recipe wraps a cinnamon bun into an ice cream cone. Top with Breyers® Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough for a bakery inspired treat.
Ingredients List
- 1 can Cinnamon Rolls
- 5 small sugar ice cream cones
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup chocolate chip cookie crumbs
- 1 container Breyers® Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 1 bag mini chocolate chip cookies, (garnish)
Directions
Print1. Bake: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Wrap each cinnamon roll dough onto the sugar cones and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 20min until golden brown.
2. Dip: Dip the cooled cinnamon roll cone into melted white chocolate, and then immediately into cookie crumbs.
3. Scoop: To make each cone, place cone in a glass cup for stability. Add two medium scoops of Breyers® Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and garnish with a mini cookie. Enjoy!
