Ingredients List
  1. 20 baby bella mushrooms
  2. 2 tbsps olive oil
  3. 8 oz crabmeat
  4. 4 oz cream cheese softened
  5. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  6. 2 tbsp Maille® Dijon Original Mustard
  7. 2 cloves garlic pressed
  8. 1/4 cup parsley coarsely chopped
  9. 1/4 cup green onion sliced
  10. 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  11. 1 tbsp dried oregano
  12. 1 tbsp dried tarragon
  13. 1 tbsp paprika
  14. 2 tbsp salt
  15. 1 tbsp black pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425º F

2. Remove stems from mushrooms and wipe clean with paper towels.

3. In a large mixing bowl, toss mushrooms in olive oil and place on a cookie sheet top side down.

4. Reserve a 1/4 cup of Gouda for topping.

5. In a large mixing bowl, mix the remaining ingredients until well combined.

6. Fill mushroom caps with crab mixture. Fill generously.

7. Top stuffed mushrooms with remaining Gouda.

8. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted, brown, and bubbly.

9. Garnish with Parsley.

10. Serve immediately and Enjoy!
