- 1 cup lime juice, (about 4 to 5 limes) divided
- 1 tbsp. Knorr® Granulated Bouillon Chicken Flavor
- 1 lb. scallops or whitefish (sea bass or flounder), chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 habanero pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Print1. Combine 2 Tbsp. lime juice with Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon in small microwave-safe cup and microwave at HIGH 20 seconds or until very hot. Let cool.
2. Combine Bouillon mixture, remaining lime juice and remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
