Ingredients List
- 1 large aubergine
- 4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsps Maille wholegrain mustard
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tbsps coarsely ripped basil leaves
Directions
Print1. Wash and cut your aubergine in medium thick slices (about 1 cm)
2. Brush with some of the olive oil on each side
3. Grill in a hot griddle pan or on a BBQ until golden brown on each side
4. Layer in dish with the crushed garlic, Maille wholegrain mustard and basil.
5. Pour the olive oil over the dish.
